Observations Zine

Personal Project | July - August 2020

In my free time, I am an avid writer, photographer, and artist, and I’ve also always had an interest in book and layout design. Observations is my bilingual zine, which I created to showcase some of my personal work. It includes a mix of sketches, poems, short stories, illustrations, and photos, some which were made specifically for the zine, and some of which weren’t. This was my chance to dive deep into how to design layouts, use grids, and effectively combine type and colour scheme to make a successful publication.
